That stands for See You At The Pole. which is a worldwide event for Christians of all denominations to stand at their Flagpole at school and pray.

From their website: See You at the Pole™, the global day of student prayer, began in 1990 as a grass roots movement with ten students praying at their school. Twenty years later, millions pray on their campuses on the fourth Wednesday in September.

See You at the Pole™ is simply a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God. See You at the Pole™ is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event.

This Wednesday, the 25th is the fourth Wednesday of the month and we will once again be participating in this event. Rain or Shine we will gather and pray. It is a simple and short time to seek God’s grace and mercy for our school and community and nation. Over the past fifteen years there are many memories of student and adults coming together to pray. We have had beautiful weather and noisy streets to sleet and quiet time. Students have graduated and gone on with life but the one thing that has been constant is God. I know He will be there this Wednesday and we would enjoy seeing you there too. 7:45 am.
